Major league hitting coach with 23 years experience in professional baseball who is very simplistic yet articulate when motivating hitters to be the best version of themselves. i intentionally make hitters aware of what they are doing when they do it right, everyone else is quick to tell the hitter what he is doing wrong, but cannot seem to fix the problem. hitting is a attitude, so i instill a cocky yet humble swagger mentally that infuses confidence throughout the lineup. i raise the level of expectation in my hitters and stress the importance of the growth mindset mentally at the big league level. come to the yard everyday to get better at your craft, we cant control the results but we can control our ability to get better and better everyday and at the end of september the numbers will be right where you want them. bottom line is i get paid for results and i hold myself to this level of expectation, through and through.
