Completed the successful Distribution of 389 Intercommunications Systems to the Fleet Marine Corps. Completed the successful Distribution of (338) TCM Kits to I MEF, II MEF, 31st MEU, 4th Marine Regiment, Blount Island Command and Marine Forces Reserves while managing configuration control and establishing an Initial Issue Provisioning (IIP) and IX Block in support of the Operational Forces. Drafted review and updated over (50) I-Type documents to include (Technical Manuals (TM’s), Modification Instructions, Stock List -3 (SL-3), Supply Instructions (SI) Technical Instructions (TI) Memorandum for the Records (MFR) and Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for management of all C4I Programs. Assisted in the distribution of Controlled Cryptographic Items (CCI) assets coinciding with the fielding of Assault Combat Vehicles (ACV’s). The critical component of the ACV C4I suites requires special handling due to the sensitive nature of these assets. Attention to details to scheduling ensures that these items are delivered on time in preparation for system fielding. Maintained physical accountability of assets (Kits, equipment transfers of assets from one location to another, assets that have been deployed, etc.) Successfully coordinated and pre-staged all assets to complete the fielding and installation of 40 Joint Battle Command-Platform (JBC-P) Platform Installation Kit (PIK) on the Assault Amphibious Vehicle Command 7A1 (AAVC7A1) Reliability, Availability, Maintainability/Return to Standard (RAM/RS). Applied innovative approaches when appropriate to resolve complex issues that demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and decisiveness to fit new situations.
