ABOUT TONY HORNBACH

As a lawyer, I focus on two things – providing the best possible client service and getting clients results. I am a civil litigator who understands that every case is important, regardless of size, and although most cases settle, I have the trial experience and track record to take cases to trial, if necessary. I provide value to clients by assessing their litigation risks, evaluating their potential claims, managing their disputes prior to litigation, and representing them in lawsuits or arbitrations once they are engaged in litigation. I strive to build long-term relationships with clients and believe that the only way to do that is to be trustworthy, honest, and transparent. At an early age, I learned the values of hard work, competitiveness, and performing under pressure. I utilized those values as a student, graduating summa cum laude from high school, college, and law school and also as an athlete, earning four letters competing as a division I baseball player while at Butler University. I chose to become a litigator, in part, because each of these values translates equally well to representing clients in the courtroom and handling their everyday disputes. I am a native of Cincinnati and currently reside in Green Township, Ohio, but represent clients nationwide, especially throughout Ohio and Indiana. I am a proud alum of La Salle High School and Butler University, and since January, 2016, I have served as a member of La Salle\'s Board. I also serve as a board member of the River City Correctional Center, a facility that seeks to educate, train, and gain employment for non-violent felony offenders to increase the likelihood that they will not return to the criminal justice system. In addition, I have served on Green Township\'s Finance and Audit Committees. I am an avid sports fan and an active parishioner of St. Ignatius parish in Monfort Heights. My wife and I have four kids, three of which are triplets.
