Over 30 years experience in the area of site investigation and consultancy for brownfield re-development. Responsible for the technical and managerial aspects of site investigation, assessment and remediation of many brownfield sites throughout the UK but particularly the North West and Midlands. Familiar with the design and implementation of site investigations using all standard methods of site investigation. Excellent interpretive skills. Expert Witness experience at Planning Inquiries. Familiar with the Quantitative Risk Assessment of contaminated land sites and the gathering of relevant data to permit the assessments to be carried out. Enjoys tackling problems laterally and developing innovative solutions.
