Manager, Blood collection room responsibles, etc.), the health departments, the IT Mgr, the Clinical Engineering, etc. to promote and coordinate activities related to a safety patient blood collection experience, safe and monitored sample management (from collection to analysis), and preanalytical phase digitalization.Support the whole sales process activies such as initial customer enquiring, lab auditing, proposal and technical solution design during project, system implementation and integration into the final user workflow, effective solution adoption by end usersCollaboration with external software houses to support development of HIS/LIS connection needCollaboration with tender departments in managing tenders supporting the preparation of the most effective technical/commercial offer according to customer needs
