Holistic Assessor @Maximus

From 5th June 2023, Maximus have a 5-year contract as a prime provider for the Department of Work and Pensions. The company carry out Holistic Workplace Assessments on the Access to Work programme. The Assessments cover a range of disabilities, impairments and specific learning difficulties on behalf of the customer in employment.I work very closely with partner organisations to maintain the programme\'s success, which is designed to assist companies to retain their employees who have specific health conditions and disabilities and require specialist equipment, support, and adaptations to the work environment.I have been working in the Assistive technology field providing products for disability for over 30 years. I am passionate about helping my clients access existing and emerging technology I enjoy teaching clients to leverage the best in available technology to benefit them at home, school or in the workplace.
