I\'ve spent over 20 years in education—as a teacher, coach, administrator, and now as a partner to schools nationwide. The work has changed, but the purpose hasn\'t: ensuring every child has access to excellent education.My foundation was built in Norfolk, VA, where I moved from classroom teacher to district leadership. I\'ve contributed to a Broad Prize-winning district, partnered with educational publishers to bring research-based solutions to scale, and guided schools through initiatives that improve student outcomes.I\'m driven by the belief that all students deserve high-quality learning experiences. Data, when used thoughtfully, is one of our most powerful tools for improvement. But lasting change requires more than numbers—it demands systemic transformation grounded in what actually works in classrooms.My north star is simple: every school should be one I\'d confidently send my own children to.
