In my past role with Federated Investors I delivered presentations to thousands of advisors, trust officers, bankers and sales and business managers throughout the industry. My areas of expertise are in business development and marketing as well as management and motivation of sales people. With over45 years in the investment industry I regularly presented topics of interest to people serving the needs of the investing public and offered my long term perspectives and insights into current markets, demographics, changing client needs and concerns. I offered effective strategies for improving customer experience, satisfaction, loyalty and referrals, while growing business and enjoying the process along the way.
