I established a new role within the Digital Technology organisation, partnering with the Customer-Facing Unit for the Plusnet brand. My responsibilities include ensuring the strategic alignment of roadmaps and deliveries that optimise business outcomes, influencing the allocation of budget for Plusnet initiatives and the indirect matrix management of complex multifunctional delivery teams. I collaborate with business stakeholders to identify better ways of working and opportunities for increased use of technology. I am also responsible for maintaining the coherency and connectedness of diverse teams from across BT and external suppliers who support the Plusnet brand, in order to protect service, delivery and transformation.
