ABOUT TONY DIGIOVANNI

With 25 years of experience in corporate accounting, I am a certified public accountant and Senior Director at Cohen Asset Management, a leading private equity firm. In this role, I oversee the financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance of the firm and its portfolio companies, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and efficiency. I also manage the acquisition finance activities, working with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth and successful transactions. Previously, I was VP Controller at Oaktree Capital Management, another prominent private equity firm, where I led the accounting and finance functions for various funds and supported the strategic planning and decision-making of senior management. I also worked as Assistant Controller at Western Digital, a global leader in data storage solutions, where I was responsible for the consolidated financial statements, internal controls, and audits. I have developed and honed my skills in corporate accounting, acquisition finance, financial analysis, and reporting through these diverse and challenging experiences.
