Analyzing and completion of given jobs with the help of various logic and communication programs such as Modicon, Allen Bradley, Wonderware and CCW-Assembly of Ladder logic to automate the process of testing given cast molds, testing the water flow (GPM) and functionality of each mold. Performed research, various calculations and collaborated with process teams to ensure all recipes could be tested throughout each mold-I/O testing of new Allen Bradley PLC installs to verify functionality prior to installation -Wiring of new Allen Bradley PLCS in the field as well as wiring up the network configuration required-Provide given solutions to arising issues such as incorrect PI values, logic errors and sensor readings-System design involving the layout of sensors, wireless relays alarm lights and value reading products-Provided assistance and constructive solutions to others\' projects or issues encountered-Installation of safety products like SAFE2CROSS that required logic revisions to ensure all safety standards and situations were covered-Vast research in variable drives and motor cycling through ethernet communication to improve energy efficiency-Engineering of specs and installation of a Kirk Key system such that two disconnects cannot be on simultaneously to protect the circuit and those working on it -Exposure/Experience with high amperage circuits/High voltage distribution -Safety solutions as a result of external accidents to improve workplace environment -Use of situational awareness to keep safety at an absolute while completing a given job/task
