Proposed risk mitigation approach involved back-end rearchitecting and authentication mechanism modifications to achieve passwordless authentication. The targeted remediation strategy mitigates sensitive credential exposure to protect against unauthorized system access, data exfiltration, and/or business critical system disruption-Developed a multi-year remediation strategy with key stakeholders to enhance Database and Cloud Security Posture Management (DSPM & CSPM). The proposed strategy targeted technical modifications to block the deployment of misconfigured cloud resources, thereby drastically reducing potential environmental risks and lowering the operational overhead by decreasing future remediation efforts-Directed cross-functional teams in the US and India to deliver high-impact outcomes under tight timelines, significantly enhancing team efficiency by mitigating common leadership pitfalls such as miscommunication and improper delegation.
