After 9 years of developing my skills in the Yang style of Tai Chi Ch\'uan, I am proud to be able to continue in my coaching/mentor role by becoming an official teacher/instructor of the martial art and exercise practice.As a Career Counselor and Educator for the last several years, I have been providing both career and life coaching, mentoring, and education to clients seeking career guidance and interviewing skills, and to library patrons requiring technology training as an instructor and coach, and by driving the computer classes\' content and strategy, and implementation of the education program as the Chair of the Advisory Board.My prior career was as a Business IT Consultant and IS/IT Executive gaining many years\' experience and creating a proven track record as a strategist, team leader, and manager in the Program and Project Management, Quality, Compliance, and Risk Management areas. I achieved success in a number of positions managing large internationally diverse teams including the delivery of several multi-million dollar projects, both IT and business-related, in R&D and Operations/Manufacturing in the US and Europe. I have set the strategy and standards for, and directed IT quality, compliance, and auditing activities delivering Pharmaceutical Regulatory Compliance. I was accountable for and ensured IT Security, Data Privacy, and appropriate risk-based management of R&D-facing IT deliveries, including due diligence for supplier on-boarding, and ongoing auditing and compliance monitoring.Strengths:Drives Performance by Developing People | Passion for Integrity and Commitment to Customers | Strategic Thinker | Works Collaboratively.
