   I manage the RFID business unit and have and continue to train the US and China RFID teams. I have also developed 3 machines for our RFID processes. An offline Verifier that enables us to do offline verifying, encoding, and unlocking tags and labels 2. A 5 up wet applicator system to apply wets to substrates at different pitches. A machine to print, verify the bar code, encode, and verify, which allows us to print the VD and encode and reject if a tag fails in a single pass and package the tags at the end of the machine. In the process of adding a roll to roll function to this machine, in order to be able to do the same for roll form. I also Established and manage the production processes and procedures, which includes 100% QC for all in house RFID products. I Manage the technical side of the NFC program for Charming Customer visits and provide the sales team with technical support. Create and support New BusinessProduct development.
