Oversaw the Business Process Design and Business Testing work track for a major East Coast utilities AMI implementation of the L+G AMI platform. Provided guidance on over 57+ client workshops to develop ~43 business process flows and associated business requirements. Oversaw the test planning, execution, and defect management for UAT, E2E and Regression testing phases for the client’s first (and only) release, to-date, covering over-the-air billing for residential customers. Served as Design Manager and Change Management Lead for a major West Coast utility’s ADMS implementation of the Schneider Electric (SE) ADMS platform. Capabilities with scope of the release included: SCADA, FLISR, Fire Mitigation and Operator Training Simulator. Coordinated resources, schedules, logistics, and all preparation activities for designs workshops across 12 design streams spanning over 12 months. Led all program communication to external stakeholders, organizational re-design of the ADMS support team and change management activities.
