With over 12 years of experience in the recruitment industry, I am a passionate and dedicated leader who specializes in providing quality staffing solutions for educational settings. As the Managing Director of Colmore Education Recruitment, I oversee the strategic direction, operations, and growth of the company, as well as the development and retention of our talented consultants. I am driven by the mission of Colmore Education Recruitment to deliver reliable, trustworthy, and professional services to our clients, whether they are primary, secondary, or SEND schools. I believe that by building strong and lasting relationships with our clients and candidates, we can create positive outcomes for the students and the communities we serve. I also value diversity, inclusion, and collaboration, and I strive to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to our team and our industry.In my previous role as the Director of Colmore Recruitment, I was responsible for establishing and leading the SEND team, which focuses on working with SEND schools, teachers, and learning support staff. I have over a decade of experience and expertise in the SEN sector, and I have successfully placed hundreds of candidates in various roles and settings. I have also developed and trained my team to become the best they can be, by sharing my knowledge, skills, and insights on interviewing, screening, and advertising. I have also fostered a culture of camaraderie, support, and healthy competition among my team and across the branches.
