ABOUT TONY BRODIE
As the Regional Director for the Northern California/Hawaii Region, my primary focus is to lead and grow the region by working with the owners of existing offices and finding new talent for future offices. Currently have over 4,500 associates and 32 offices in the region. My vision is 40 offices, associates by 2020 in Northern California and Hawaii. Most importantly, for each office to be number in market share in their local market. I also part of the MAPS organization within Keller Williams. I currently coach several other Regional Directors within the system. I also travel through the United States and teach a class called Recruit Select which is a system on how to find and hire great talent. I am also a partner and owner of Keller Williams Capital Properties in Fairfax, VA. This office was launched in the beginning of 2010 and was recognized as Home Run Launch in America for 2011. I\'m an investor in several other market centers in Keller Williams.I am passionate about Keller Williams and the future growth of the company.
