About Tony Bailey
Tony Bailey is the consummate c-level executive, change agent and entrepreneur. He has been highly successful in leading complex, and often difficult, teams and evolving them beyond their perceived limitations. In 2011 Mr. Bailey led the recovery of a company that had literally been buried in the ashes after a 2010 hangar fire that destroyed multiple aircraft and the reputation of the organization. In 2007 Mr. Bailey was named by PricewaterhouseCoopers to lead change at a high-profile organization serving only fortune 100 companies. Mr. Bailey has CEO, President, COO and VP experience with P&L control in different organizations with varying employee levels ranging from 10 to hundreds of employees. Because of this experience, Mr. Bailey has intimate knowledge of executive management and the application of controls that ensures the highest level of performance and compliance while mitigating cost over-runs. His experience includes leading multi-cultural technical teams spanning nearly every corner of the globe and he is keenly aware of cultural nuances and how they impact the business environment. Mr. Bailey has the ability to lead change to a strategic vision and progressively adapt to reach desired outcomes.Mr. Bailey is a prolific contributor to the advancement of technology and business with a strong commitment to community by serving on numerous organizational and advisory boards. Additionally, Mr. Bailey is the author of numerous aerospace technical articles many of which can be found in Avionics News and Business Jet Advisor publications. Raised in Farmington, New Mexico, Mr. Bailey is a former United States Marine and holds undergraduate degrees in Aviation Science and Aviation Maintenance Technology from Eastern New Mexico University, a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) and is a PhD Candidate at the University of the Cumberlands. Mr. Bailey also holds an FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License and is a qualified Avionics Systems engineer.
