ABOUT TONY ANZIC
Dedicated and enthusiastic, I am a leader who is genuinely invested in improving the experience of team members through employee engagement excellence, community involvement, and company culture improvements. For more than 20 years, I have worked with JPMorgan Chase & Co. in various executive roles, managing projects, developing initiatives, overseeing teams, and driving collaborations. In 2014, I transitioned to my current position as Executive Director, Location Manager for JPMC’s largest employee hub which includes 11 corporate facilities and more than employees throughout Central Ohio. In my role serving Central Ohio team members, I strategically lead the confluence of people, facilities, and community, resulting in a work culture that is as excited about improving our local community as we are about meeting the needs of our millions of clients worldwide. A recognized leader in my field, I have expanded my leadership to include voting membership in the firm’s expansive Market Leadership Team (MLT) and active participation in the Central Ohio Leader Council. Additionally, I provide support to the Location Leader Program, serving all 21 location leaders and managers worldwide. One of my greatest privileges is combining my investment in our employees with my passion for Military & Veterans Affairs. Having served in the United States Navy, it is an honor to partner with JPMC in the recruitment, development, and retention of veterans through my roles as the Executive Program Sponsor for the Military Officer Executive Development Program (MOEDP) and the North American Co-Chair of the firm’s Voices of Employees That Served (VETS) Business Resource Group. I also enjoy my role in bridging the gap between our firm and the community by serving in various board roles with community organizations where I partner with key stakeholders to develop intentional relationships between our employees and our city. As a liaison, advocate, and community champion, I serve as the AsPIRE (Asians & Pacific Islanders Reaching for Excellence) Columbus Co-Chair, PRIDE Columbus Ally Chair, and Homeport Board Member. These partnerships give JPMorgan Chase greater insight into the critical value of diversity, equity, and inclusion, resulting in a safer and more inclusive company environment.
