Responsible for writing the project specific ITPs and procedures based on the specific project requirements and specs established by EDF as well as the relevant EN & ISO standards. This includes, but is not limited to project documentation for concrete/civil works, structural steel, coatings (of concrete and steel substrates), piping, welding, fixed and rotating equipment, thermal insulation, HVAC and E&I- Responsible for reviewing and approving ITPs and procedures supplied by Bonatti subcontractors. In certain cases, returning them to the relevant subcontractor with comments for revisions/corrections needed to be made- Coordinating a team of 6 field inspectors ensuring complete coverage of on-site construction and inspection activities are performed by the suitable person- Issuing non-conformance reports when Bonatti subcontractors deviate from project standards and requirements. Following up with subcontractor’s quality and engineering departments to reach acceptable corrective actions and bring the NCRs to closure- Holding weekly progress meetings with subcontractors and EDF to track project progress, the status of ITP and procedure issuance, the status of open NCRs as well as the status of any other observations or commentaries raised by EDF or the subcontractors- Managing various processes including materials reception, handling and identification, welding consumables management and distribution, welder qualifications and instrument calibration management and register- Performing site, subcontractor and supplier audits as per ISO 9001- Coordinating with the relevant notified bodies for their attendance to inspections where it is required- Compiling key performance indicators (KPIs) for tracking overall project progress and performance- Compilation and issuance of final construction record books.

Twenty-plus years of experience in Quality Control/Assurance, Inspection and Testing in the petrochemical, power and offshore drilling equipment industries. Current holder of American Welding Society – Certified Welding Inspector (AWS-CWI) certification since 2007 and American Petroleum Institute – Source Inspector for fixed equipment (API-SIFE) certification since 2014. I have held the position of QA/QC manager on multiple projects; as well as that of a lead inspector.In addition, I’ve worked as a client and third-party representative in the capacity of performing verifications and inspections with respect to applicable codes, contractual requirements and ITP “witness” and “hold” points. In these roles I have also carried out expediting/progress monitoring on clients’ order statuses, performed sub-vendor visits/audits, and performed HSE audits to ensure proper safe work practices are being followed.My background lies in non-destructive testing; I have extensive NDT training and experience in multiple different industries such as petrol, nuclear, pipeline, tanks, public utilities, structural steel construction/welding, and welded and cast components for the aviation and defense industries.I have been trained in the implementation and use of RCC-M code for French nuclear facilities design and construction. I have extensive training and experience with respect to health safety and environmental standards and practices.
