About Tony Anderman

With 25 years of extensive experience in Instructional Systems Design (ISD), Training, Training Management, Leadership, and Team Building, I have had the privilege to inspire and educate diverse audiences through engaging keynote speeches, workshops, and seminars on both national and international stages. Among my notable accomplishments is the development of a transformative 10-week Command College for the National Police Academy in Pakistan, as well as an Advanced Facilitation Course for the Government of Sakhalin Island, Russia, and a strategic planning course conducted in Bangladesh.Within the domestic sphere, I have had the honor of leading the creation of impactful courses in the Basic Law Enforcement Academy, First Level Supervision, Middle Management, and Executive Leadership, all designed to meet national standards and foster the growth of leaders at various levels. Additionally, I played a key role in developing a comprehensive 40-hour strategic social interaction curriculum for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) “SSIM” Good Stranger program, which aims to empower warfighters and law enforcement leaders in building trust and respect within their communities.My efforts have been instrumental in equipping military and law enforcement personnel with essential human dynamics skills, enabling them to navigate social barriers and embrace cultural diversity. With a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree in Adult Education and Instructional Systems Design, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my endeavors. Prior to this meaningful journey, I proudly served in the United States Marines, which helped cultivate my deep commitment to leadership and service.
