Converges System Advisor (CSA) for FlexPod • Optimized new requirements and architecture for the CSA SaaS based solution to manage NetApp’s converged infrastructure offer (FlexPod) from the cloud. • Acted as primary interface between product management and the development / architecture teams. • Delivered innovative configuration management that allowed CSA to actively manage FlexPod resources located on-premises to remediate configuration drifts • Leveraged Ansible to perform Day 0 setup and automated rules-based remediation by delivering proofs of concept. • Streamlined development processes and leveraged Scaled Agile by partnering with the executive team and product management. • Improved the UI and UX experience by defining new process that included in person focus groups with internal and external users to define new requirements and designs.
