Discipline Leader: Collaborate with project engineers and tool leaders to define requirements, deliverables and schedule. Manage 13 GEO engineers/designers, resource allocation for semiconductor tool facility data collection with global vendors, and multi-site design projects. Train the team on codes & standards, new design processes/ methodologies. Design Engineer: Led design of 60+ FOK, complex, and SPEED tools on-time with no AARs. Drive cost-saving, out-of-the-box solutions using equivalent materials, optimized calculations, custom control designs, meeting NFPA 79, NEC, UL, IEC, SEMI standards. Partner with trades for efficient construction methods. Oversee EasyPower studies (breaker coordination, voltage drop, fault current, arc flash). Identify and close facility and tool capability gaps. Stamp (Own or Peer Designs): Ensure design is safe and fully constructible. Review packages to verify code/ city/ Intel specific construction compliance and safety standards. Review EHS/LSS/environmental signals requirement, non-compliances and solutions; propose alternatives when needed. Monitor code updates and train teams accordingly. Few Awarded Projects: a) Resolved code issues, saving $5M by avoiding costly vendor options; b) Reduced transformer cost by 6X using regular impedance, c) Saved $200K/ tool by switching from CPS to normal power, vendor approved, d) Intercepted DIO3 reclaim, enabling 3B gallons water savings by 2030, e) Improved electrical decoupling
