Business Development Representative @Third Federal

As a BDR, I focus my time and energy to grow the Cedar and Mayfield Market by building and maintaining new/existing relationships with realtors and builders. My territory includes Pepper Pike, Beachwood, Shaker Hts, Woodmere, Cleveland Hts, Chagrin Falls, Chardon, Chesterland, Cleveland, Gates Mills, Munson, Highland Hts, Middlefield, Moreland Hills, Mayfield Village and Lyndhurst. I am part of the South Euclid Revitalization Committee, the Women\'s Council of Realtors, a member of Heights-Hillcrest Regional Chamber of Commerce, Beachwood Chamber of Commerce, and ACAR\'s Young Professionals Network Committee. I will continue to network with our local Chamber of Commerce, as well as other business related organizations to help create product awareness within the community to generate repeat business, referrals, and a positive reputation. Prior to this position, I’ve spent most of my career working as a Loan Officer. During my time here, I was ranked #1 loan originator in Northeast, OH in 2014, and the #2 loan originator in 2013. I\'m one of the top loan producers in Lead Gen. I was a Loan Sponsor which allowed me to help train other associates to become a loan officer. I’ve participate in Third Federal Home Buying Seminars and HomeToday program to help educate any potential buyers, on the process of buying a home. In October 2015, I’ve made my transition on becoming a Business Development Rep. With all of my training throughout the year and new position, I still managed to be in the “Top Ten” First Mortgage Loan Originators for 2015. For 80 years, our reputation of providing low rates, presenting products that meet consumer’s needs, and providing excellent customer service has made us one of Ohio’s leading mortgage lenders.
