I am guided by community needs, just practices, and a desire to achieve equitable outcomes. I am skilled in project management, budgeting, strategic planning, continuous improvement, and program development. I lead high-performing teams to successfully meet the needs of the community. Through true inclusive stakeholder engagement and collaboration, I work to develop solutions to complex problems. Using my lived and professional experience and graduate level degrees in teaching and learning, I have created training workshops, curriculum, and instructional guides. I have published numerous books, scholarly and public facing articles and book chapters on my empirical research and evidence-based practices. I am committed to using my knowledge and skills to positively impact those around me.
