About Toni Rasmussen

I grew up on a farm near Albion, Nebraska with a feedlot, pigs, chickens, corn, soybeans, and alfalfa. In 2008 I bought a fainting goat and goats became one of my many passions. My entrepreneurship endeavor has expanded since then and I now have an established Boer meat goat herd. I attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a major in Agricultural Education-Teaching and a minor in Engler Agribusiness Entrepreneurship. In the fall of 2016, I was offered and accepted the Agriculture Educator position at Wayne Community Schools, which had never offered agriculture courses before. The agriculture education program began in the fall of 2017.

Wayne Community Schools is a C1 school located in northeast Nebraska with approximately 400+ students in grades and recruit to approximately 280 9-12 students to take Agricultural Education courses, which resulted in 90+ students signing up for courses*Create a five year budget for the FFA Chapter*Lead approximately 70 members in an FFA Chapter*Teach agriscience principles to approximately 120 students
