Since the creation of Plant-Based on a Budget, I have-Brought the site to nearly 15 million views-Spoken at VegFests, colleges, elementary schools, on podcasts, and conferences about healthy, affordable eating-Been featured on TV, film, radio, podcasts, and print media for my work with meal planning-Produced and co-produced vegan videos that have reached millions-Authored the Plant-Based on a Budget cookbook & The Super Easy Vegan Slow Cooker Cookbook-Co-authored The Friendly Vegan Cookbook-Created the Plant-Based on a Budget Meal Plans which have helped tens of thousands of people cut their grocery bill in half-Co-hosted The Plant-Powered People Podcast
