About Tonika White
I am an experienced operations manager with a background in telecommunications and rail operation industries. After over 10 years in customer service and completing my MBA, I decided I wanted a challenge. I started my career in the rail industry as a Trainmaster and I stepped out of my comfort zone. Boots on the ground and four states later, I am currently the Twin Cities Human Resources Manager. My current role allows me to work with our leaders to develop our employees and find great people to join our team.
