The main goal of the XIVT program is to develop new technologies and QA solutions for highly configurable, variant-rich embedded systems in automotive, rail, industrial production and telecommunication domains, knowledge-based requirements analysis and selection using machine learning techniques and map-reduce algorithms, to identify features and rank by priority for testing, and the creation of high-level test cases automatically using association rules and features, combining software testing techniques with machine learning techniques to improve code security
