About Toni Hall

I am a Career & Technical Education (CTE) educator and consultant who believes classrooms and households can both be engines for upward mobility. Currently, I serve as the CTE Department Chair and Cybersecurity/Robotics Instructor at Eldorado High School in Las Vegas. I also advise SkillsUSA and FIRST Robotics, helping students build both technical skills and confidence through competition and leadership opportunities. Before moving to Nevada, I spent several years as an Information Technology Curriculum Coordinator for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, supporting IT pathways, industry certifications, instructional technology, and teacher coaching across the district. Earlier in my career, I worked as a programmer/analyst for L-3 Communications where I developed web applications and databases. In addition to teaching and consulting, I am also the founder of Family Personal Development (Family PD) and the author of the Family PD Guidebook, which helps families apply proven organizational strategies—policies, systems, community-building, and self-awareness—to the home. The guidebook centers five pillars (health, relationships, education, finances, and goals) and is designed to be practical, digestible, and accessible for busy families, especially in communities of color. Because I come from humble beginnings and have had to fight through my own challenges with education, finances, and confidence, I’m passionate about making sure students and families get access to information, tools, and encouragement that can truly change their trajectory.
