ABOUT TONI ALLEN
With over 25 years across banking, technology, design, and education, I work with organizations at the critical early stages of digital product and service development, helping them get clear on what they\'re building, who it\'s really for, and whether it will actually work before they invest in execution. My clients range from global brands launching new digital initiatives to ambitious ventures shaping their first product. They tend to come to me when an idea has real potential but needs shaping. They leave with a clear, realistic roadmap they can move forward with confidence. For clients who want continuity, I also lead or support through to execution, either directly or by assembling the right team for the work. I\'ve worked across healthcare, financial services, and consumer goods with organizations including Medtronic, Boston Scientific, McCain Foods, Scotiabank, and TD. I work independently through my practice, R3VE, and deliberately keep my client load small so clients always work directly with me. I hold an MBA from Imperial College London specializing in Customer-Focused Strategy, a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Toronto, and am currently completing a Doctor of Education at Western University. I also serve as an Advisory Board Member at The Hatchery NEST, a joint initiative between the University of Toronto\'s Faculty of Engineering and Rotman Business School, and as a mentor through the University of Toronto Alumni network. If you\'re at that moment of shaping something new and need a senior thinking partner, I\'d welcome a conversation. Fun fact: I compose music using the biorhythms of plants.
