ABOUT TONIA WOODBURY
My introduction to doing DEI work was through supplier diversity. I watched companies create barriers to exclude diverse suppliers from their supply chain. When I got the opportunity to enter the space, I worked to implement sustainable strategies and programs to support minority, women, and disadvantaged small business enterprise development. Through authentic relationship building with suppliers, I’ve witnessed the impact taking a chance on someone can have on communities. Throughout my 20+ years of experience, that has fueled my work, what I can do in the simplest form that can help someone. From building talent pipeline programs to speaking on and moderating panels, I’m always seeking work that allows me to make an impact on someone else’s life. In my downtime, I like to dive into some of the new Netflix sitcoms and I’m always looking for opportunities to improve my golf game.
