Providing direction and leadership to develop and deliver a programme of IT transformation to support the growth of the organisation bringing innovative and best value enterprise solutions through the development and delivery of an ambitious and innovative IT strategy aligned to corporate aims and objectives enabling digital transformation. Design and implementation of a centralised IT centre of excellence capability to deliver business value aligned IT services and drive business change. Removed siloed IT functions and implemented an operating model that enables the business to fully maximise the value of its investment in IT and drive the digital transformation required to meet corporate objectives. Champion and strong advocate of business transformation process and methodology across the organisation. Implemented a Programme Management Office introducing robust governance and processes to ensure consistency in delivery and best practice methodologies supporting project delivery Design and delivery of digital solutions that are focused on the customer journey and enhance the visitor experience, underpinned by strong data management and governance. Act as Intelligent Customer in respect of outsourced IT services; ensure effective supplier and service delivery management is undertaken and delivery of operational IT services falls in line with SLAs and KPIs. Ensure a robust approach to IT security and compliance is maintained, with particular attention to cyber security, PCI compliance and GDPR. Full management of a £7 million operational budget and a £10 million capital investment programme. Leadership of a team of 35 staff and outsourced service contracts through 6 direct reports.
