It is my role to manage and deliver projects which measure the impact of the learning delivered. We have all been on training courses where we are excited and motivated to put into practice what we have learnt but somehow the inbox always gets in the way. Not at OTD - we work with our customers to understand what they are looking to achieve with the training that is to be delivered, what are their measures of success? My team then works with the customer to measure the starting position and measure the results at the end. Seeing the difference our training makes and inspiring people to make lasting change is what we are all about and I love it!
