Oversees grants and incentive programs to advance zero emission vehicles including the Zero Emission Vehicle Infrastructure Partnerships (ZEVIP) grant program, the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) formula grant program, the Zero Emission Medium- and Heavy-Duty voucher incentive program for trucks and infrastructure, and the Zero-emission Access Program (ZAP) EV carsharing grant program.
