I work for a growing manufacturing and distribution company that supplies convenience stores with hundreds of various inventory items. All aspects of the Accounting Dept are covered by myself and my team. I report directly to the controller. Duties include approving payments incoming for AR, outgoing payments in AP, and assisting management daily. Other duties are bank reconciliation, credit card reconciliation, fuel card entry, invoicing AP bills, daily wires and ach payments, approving new vendors, customers, bank accounts, payroll journal entries and month end reconciling entries. Currently proficient in QuickBooks, Acumatica, Zoho, Excel and all MS operations. Also assist in inventory valuations, balance sheet review, P&L, fixed assets, month end close, year end close, cash accounting, accrual accounting, cost accounting, assisting Controller with supervisor duties with AR, AP, all aspects of finance dept.
