   The Innovation Center Manager must demonstrate significant accomplishments in the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship. The position requires planning and programming entrepreneurship and/or innovation classes, events, and intentionally designed collisions of creativity throughout the Northwoods Accelerate project. The manager is responsible for developing, and maintaining, collaborative relationships with other like-minded and missionally aligned organizations, community partners, and the GRID and its advisory committee. The manager is also be responsible for the growth, marketing, and accessibility of the Northwoods Accelerate Innovation Center.\\\\nThis position requires innovative thinking married with strong leadership qualities. The manager will need to have the capacity to think creatively about rural challenges and an ability to develop and create accessible education for non-traditional, both credit and non-degree seeking students/participants/businesses who desire to learn and engage in emerging resources, methods, and tools while using an entrepreneurial mindset.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
