Toni Shub

Affiliate Professor of Teaching & Learning @Pfeiffer University

Dr. Toni Shub has been an Affiliate Professor of Teaching & Learning at the Simmons School of Education and Human Development at Southern Methodist University since 2023. In this role, she will engage in collaborative research, working alongside SMU faculty on presentations and grant proposals. Her focus areas include K-12 professional learning, continuous improvement, data-informed decision-making, whole-child data, student voice, evidence-based instruction, AI-enabled education technology, instructional coaching, co-design, and learning sciences. As an affiliate faculty member, Dr. Shub is committed to advancing the department\'s and program\'s mission through her academic contributions.
