Manage the creation and underlying technical data for all Refinery business processes that are managed and tracked using the Incident Management software system. This includes managing the system hierarchy, personnel role assignments, and other support information including reporting fields and data filters within the software system. Manage the software system to assure minimal user disruptions or inefficiencies. Develop, maintain and improve the reporting process by utilizing all reporting and scheduling capabilities. Analyze the critical HSSE data captured in the database to identify trends and repeat issues and present this data to Refinery management so that the necessary corrective actions can be made to improve refinery HSSE performance and avoid repeat incidents. Interface with Department Managers and Senior Management to educate and train them on the capabilities of the tool to enhance and improve refinery business processes. Manage the business and documentation processes for various HSSE processes executed within the system including: MOC, Incident Investigation, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), Self-Assessments, Industry Standard Reviews, and IMS (Integrated Management System), etc. to ensure compliance with program requirements are met.
