Senior partnerships and relationship leader with 10+ years’ experience across financial services, professional services and not-for/profit sector, plus a PhD in environmental engineering. I like turning complex ideas into practical next steps and making collaboration easier for the people involved.Spent ten years in Sydney, where I led a multi-million-dollar partnership program (24% growth, 92% retention), drove partner success in insurtech/DE & I, and managed 40 SME advice firms post–Royal Commission. Worked with large international and national brands, such as AIA, Fidelity, and Zurich. I also chaired The Ireland Funds Young Leaders and completed Startmate’s Climate Tech Fellowship.Back in the North of Ireland since 2025, I now work with Catalyst as an Innovation Broker on ONEHEALTH—a cross-border, PEACEPLUS-funded AI program uniting medical, veterinary, environmental and public-health expertise.
