ABOUT TONI BREM
Former NCAA athlete and current Division I Graduate Assistant with a passion for empowering athletes through evidence-based training, performance monitoring, and sport psychology.I hold a B.S. in Exercise Science with dual minors in Coaching and Sport Psychology and am pursuing an M.S. in Exercise and Sport Science at USC Upstate. In addition to serving as a Graduate Assistant for the Women’s Soccer Program, I work as a Research Assistant, contributing to applied studies on hydration, sleep, and workload in NCAA Division I athletes.In our 2024 season, we made program history—winning both the Big South regular season and tournament championships and earning USC Upstate’s first-ever NCAA Tournament appearance.I thrive in team environments that emphasize growth, learning, and player development, and I am an active member of professional organizations including the NSCA, ISSN, and AASP.Always eager to connect with others in sport, performance, and education.
