Plan, control, and procure goods to support the continuous flow and delivery of product to the customers through a VMI process (Vendor Managed Inventory). Issue purchase orders and workorders to support customer demand. Optimize inventory levels at multiple distribution centers and achieve highest on time delivery. Expedite and defer purchase orders to make sure that the supply chain is always in balance. Maintain bills of materials, lead times, purchase costs, minimum buys, etc. Handle the RMA process for any non-conforming product. All of this is done using MDS, Avercast, and Microsoft Office applications. I currently support one of the Top 3 customers.
