About Toni Joyner

With my Master\'s in Kinesiology and CSCS, I\'m driven by a passion for strength and conditioning and empowering athletes to reach their full potential.As a first-generation college student, I\'ve developed the resourcefulness, determination, and communication skills needed to advocate for myself and others. Now, I\'m channeling that experience into breaking down barriers for women in strength and conditioning, ensuring female athletes and coaches have equal opportunities and representation in the field.I focus on helping athletes build strength, improve performance, and develop confidence through evidence-based training. I\'m particularly passionate about creating inclusive training environments where women feel empowered to lift, compete, and lead.Beyond the gym, I practice what I preach. You\'ll find me playing pickleball, serving at church, traveling to new places, or chasing my next adventure (skydiving, scuba diving, bungee jumping is next!). I\'m a people person who loves connecting authentically, especially with those who share a growth mindset and adventurous spirit.Let\'s connect!
