ABOUT TONI DYSON
I am a Senior Managing Director in the FTI European Tax Advisory Group and have over 25 years\' experience in providing tax compliance and reporting services to FTSE 100 companies and UK subsidiaries of US listed companies. My areas of expertise includes all aspects of compliance and tax accounting, including the preparation of the tax provision to be recognised in the statutory accounts and agreement with the company’s auditor, the preparation and submission of corporation tax computations and returns, quantification and recognition of tax assets and forecasting group tax positions to maximise tax opportunities as well as UK corporate tax restructuring and planning. I joined FTI Consulting with its acquisition of substantially all of LECG’s European operations, where I was the leader of the Corporate Tax Reporting team within the European Tax group. Before that, I was a partner in the specialist tax consulting firm, Bourne Business Consulting advising a range of clients on all taxation matters. I am a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of the Chartered Institute of Tax.
