ABOUT TONI ASTERINO

As an experienced human resources manager, graduate faculty, and former attorney, my passion lies in challenging people to think critically, develop sound reasoning, and gain problem solving abilities. I enjoy educating and working online or face to face, to stimulate engagement that will promote success. My goal is to guide employees by encouraging and inspiring them. I am guided by the conviction that my leadership and teaching style will leave a tangible impression to help navigate what is to come. As an educator, it is my duty to foster a learning community where my students can grow a sense of worth, self-efficacy, and intrinsic motivation that will allow them to find their purpose. I do this by designing a challenging curriculum focused on research, analysis, and practical application. Through collaboration and engagement with colleagues and administrators, I tirelessly work to maximize learning time and improve student learning. I dedicate myself to my students, giving them appropriate and timely feedback, active communication, and an inviting environment.
