Ton is a highly experienced designer with over 20 years of expertise in various design domains. His skill set includes product design, UX/UI design, visual design, interaction design, graphic design, motion design, prototyping, and front-end UI development. Throughout his career, Ton has successfully led projects from a UX perspective, where he has contributed to defining product requirements, functionality, navigation, and interaction principles for rich and complex interactive experiences.Ton\'s accomplishments extend to his involvement as a core member of the XBOX 360 design team, which played a pivotal role in revolutionizing the gaming console industry. Additionally, Ton has contributed his talents to Google, where he held the positions of Senior Interactive Designer and Product Technology Manager. During his tenure, Ton made a valuable contribution by assisting Flash developers in manipulating bitmap images without compromising their quality. He tackled this issue by creating an ActionScript Class that not only resolved image quality concerns but also offered the developers the flexibility to adjust the width, height, position, and smoothness, with the ability to maintain image proportions. This handy utility class became a staple in all Dynamic Flash Ads from 2011 to 2015. Ton later transitioned to lead a small design team in strategizing, planning, designing, and developing Google Custom Dynamic Ads, later called Google Dynamic Re-marketing Ads.
