   Managed (16) Community Outreach Specialists, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance with reporting requirements and organizational policies while also planning, organizing, and coordinating resources and events to effectively engage the community to promote Minority Behavioral Health Group services. Developed, executed, and enhanced financial documentation processes, as well as streamlined workflow procedures, resulting in work time being reduced by 50 percent. Established and implemented a comprehensive standard operating procedure for my department, ensuring alignment with both company and grant policies. Led individual and group meetings to communicate and advise on newly implemented processes and procedures, actively seeking feedback from community outreach specialists to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. My leadership skills and active community engagement gave me the opportunity to be invited by the Superintendent of Akron Public Schools to join the Superintendent Advisory Committee that will aide in strategic planning, community engagement, and collaborative decision-making for the district. Organized, orchestrated, and facilitated a community remembrance vigil, bringing together more than 65 individuals to honor and commemorate the departed souls.
