EXECUTIVE DUTIES- Responsible for the growth, stability, direction and daily and long-term operation of the business- Serve as project manager to manage team of web designers, web developers, graphic designers and social media marketing specialists to ensure on-time delivery of project goals- Set sales objectives for sales personnel and review sales reports and financials to ensure goals and milestones are met consistently- Identify logistical problem areas, serve as final decision maker on executive level decisions and interpret results based on quantitative techniques- Develop and refine disciplines of management by planning, strategy, organizing and staffing company - Improve quality and productivity by streamlining sophisticated proprietary and SAAS systems and processesPROJECT MANAGEMENT DUTIES - Develop project plans, goals, and budgets; identify resources required - Develop schedules and methods for measuring results using agile development method - Guide and perform strategic analysis for the project - Organize and manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion - Assemble and coordinate project team members; assigning individual responsibilities - Plan and oversee the preparation and dissemination of project communications
