Summary of Projects:Project 1: Responsible for the capturing of end-to-end process by implementing quality gates and ensuring transition quality checks are embedded and that new builds are successfully handed over to operations with minimum impact to the business. & : Conducting document analysis to fully understand the process of customersβ requests for new demands Operating within the team, designing the service, building and delivery to operations for BAU support and BAU of the service Engaging with VMO2 SMEs for 3rd party suppliers to capture the projectβs end-to-end processes Producing the As-Is process in MS-Visio Co-ordinating with SMEs to validate the As-Is process.Project 2: Assigned to work within the work stream to capture the end-to-end process, implementing quality gates and ensuring services provided by multi-vendor suppliers are delivered to expected standards. & : Carrying out workshops with the data centre management team to obtain decisions around tooling, compliance runbooks, tasks for onshore and offshore and everything related to approval & communications Engaging with SMEs for VMO2 and SMEs for multi-vendor suppliers to capture project marathon As-Is processes Working on RACI updates for project marathon.Project 3: Assigned to work within the Telco Cloud work stream to capture the As-Is end-to-end process while automating some of the repetitive activities within the process. & : Carrying out workshops with the Cloud Service Providers, SMEs for the Engagement, Design, Build, Test & Deployment Team to capture Telco Cloud As-Is processes Producing Telco Cloud As-Is process in Visio Producing Telco Cloud VNF (Virtual Network Function) As-Is process in Visio.Achievements: Improved small/large project change requests (PCR) within the process to ensure that they are trackable.
