Sometimes you have to seek out the next solution, the new idea, how to speak with a client about a concern, when to say no. Combined with 30 years of experience within the Plastics Industry while bringing hands-on knowledge and experience and combining it with Sales and Marketing I have been involved with more challenging opportunities that will allow for seeking new solutions to injection molding issues and concerns. It is always the new challenge that drives the soul to take on and solve these challenges.
